Jorge Rojas

Jorge Rojas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and lean manufacturing within the automotive sector. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Hydroforming Advisor at Thai Summit Group since February 2020, Jorge leads the implementation of automated Hydroforming lines and integrates laser cells and assembly lines. Previously, Jorge held significant roles at Navistar Inc. as a Lean Manufacturing and Strategic Planning Manager, at Katcon as a Manufacturing Project Coordinator, and at Metalsa as a Global Manufacturing Strategy Specialist, where expertise in lean practices, project coordination, and manufacturing strategies was demonstrated. Jorge is also a skilled Mechanical Designer, having interned at TU Ilmenau. Education includes multiple MBAs from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León and a Mechatronics Engineering degree, complemented by an exchange program at Technische Universität Ilmenau.
