Yanin Leknatetip

Yanin Leknatetip currently serves as the Head of People Capability & Organization Development at Thai Union Group PCL., a position held since October 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Talent & Career Advisor at TDCX, and as Leadership & Talent Development Principal at AIA Thailand. Yanin's extensive background in organization and people development encompasses positions at Roche Diagnostics Thailand as People and Organization Development Manager & HRBP, and Talent Manager at Beiersdorf. Additionally, Yanin has experience in learning and development from previous roles at Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance PCL., Roche Thailand LTD, and AGC Flat Glass (Thailand) PLC. Yanin holds a Master’s Degree in Human Capital & Organization Management from the College of Management Mahidol University and a Master's Degree in Project Management and Policy from the National Institute of Development Administration.
