Benoit Broudy

Benoit Broudy has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Prior to that, they held various leadership positions at Rolls-Royce, including COO & Deputy CEO of Aero Gearbox International and Senior Executive for Power Transmission. At Rolls-Royce, they were responsible for strategic leadership, operational performance, and the design and production of engine gearboxes for new generation civil aircraft engines. Before Rolls-Royce, Benoit worked at Bouygues & Bombardier JV, where they led a cross-functional team for the construction of the flagship portion of the Gautrain Rapid Rail Link project. Benoit also has experience with Bouygues Group and Bouygues Offshore, where they held roles in production management and engineering.
