Benoit Lefebvre is an experienced Microwave Engineer with a strong background in MMIC design and GaN SSPA project leadership. Currently serving at Thales Alenia Space since March 2009, Benoit specializes in high-efficiency harmonics and high-power amplifiers for space applications, covering frequency ranges from L-band to Q-band for GEO, MEO, and LEO satellite constellations. Benoit has led studies for CNES and ESA TRP/CTP/ARTES, and has worked on active antenna solutions, including projects such as SPACEINSPIRE, Flexsat, and SDS. Prior to Thales Alenia Space, Benoit held positions at United Monolithic Semiconductors and EADS CCR, focusing on MMIC design and VSAT applications. Benoit holds a degree from Ecole nationale supérieure de l'Electronique et de ses Applications and a DUT in GEII from IUT GEII Ville d'Avray.
