Dave Masters

Dave Masters has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Dave began their career in 1990 as a Contracts Executive at Bae Space Systems and then went on to work as a Divisional Manager at Matra Marconi Space. In 1998, they served as the ARIES Space Segment Manager and Auspace Board Member at Auspace Pty Ltd. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the CEO of Wizard Information Systems. Dave then worked as an Operations Manager and Board Member at Intelledox from 2002 to 2005. Dave briefly worked as a Commercial Manager at EADS in 2005. Starting from 2006, they joined Atkins where they held several positions including Divisional Manager Defence, Capability Team Manager, Project Support Office Implementation Manager, and Manager People Projects. In 2013, they became an Independent consultant, specializing in employability skills training and coaching. In 2015, they joined Thales Alenia Space UK as the Head of Operations and later became the Head of Competence Centre. Currently, they are self-employed and on a career break.

Dave Masters attended Bristol Grammar School from 1968 to 1975. Dave then went on to study at the University of the West of England from 1975 to 1978, where they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.
