Roger Ward

Roger Ward is an accomplished aerospace engineer with extensive experience in leadership roles within the space industry. Currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer and Head of Avionics, Robotics and Processing at Thales Alenia Space since August 2016, Roger has a strong background in technology management and software development. Prior to this, Roger was Technology Manager and Head of On-Board Software at SCISYS PLC from April 1999 to July 2016. Earlier career positions include Head of Real Time Systems and Systems Engineer at Matra Marconi Space, Principal Engineer at British Aerospace Space Systems, and Electronic Design Engineer at Ferranti Computer Systems.
