Romain Dagault

Romain DAGAULT is a seasoned project manager currently working at Thales Defense & Security, Inc. since March 2023, focusing on defense and security projects. Previously, Romain DAGAULT spent over 16 years at Alstom in various project management roles, including managing the signaling systems for the Grand Paris Express Métro and leading a team of project engineering managers. Key responsibilities included overseeing Communication Based Train Control (CBTC) systems for metro projects in Lausanne and Toronto, as well as managing technical teams and ensuring quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) objectives. Romain DAGAULT's career also includes significant expertise in electronic engineering, product management, and interface management for various urban metro projects internationally. Romain DAGAULT holds an Executive France Leadership Program certification from HEC Paris and a degree in Electrical Systems from ESME.
