Steve Walden

Steve Walden is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in business operations and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Business Operations at Thales since October 2010. In this capacity, Steve is responsible for the operations strategy and execution of the CPL business unit, which encompasses professional services, order management, supply chain, and risk management, among other areas. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Vice President of Client Services, focusing on enterprise Data Protection customers, technical support, and service infrastructure. Steve's career began at UPS as an Industrial Engineer, followed by a Vice President role at Ciena, where focus was placed on quality and business process improvement. Educational credentials include an MBA and a BS in Engineering Science from Loyola University Maryland.
