Caitlin Rush

Caitlin Rush is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in outreach, support, and marketing roles. Currently serving as a Senior Practitioner at Thames Reach since May 2021, Caitlin has successfully operated in various capacities within the organization, including Lead Worker and Support Worker. Prior to this, Caitlin held the position of Event Executive at brand brewery and gained valuable marketing experience as a Marketing Assistant at Symprove, where responsibilities included event management, social media oversight, and digital analysis. Additional experience includes serving as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator at First Leap: Future Leaders Institute and a Marketing Intern at Unilever. Caitlin’s career began as an Event Coordinator for the University of Manchester Students' Union, where significant events were organized for large student audiences. Caitlin holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and Economics from The University of Manchester and A Levels in Economics, Psychology, and Biology from BHASVIC.
