Lisa McGinty MCIOF (Dip) is currently the Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at Thames Valley Air Ambulance. Previously, Lisa worked as the Senior Relationship Manager at The Children's Society, where Lisa collaborated with major funders. Lisa has also held various fundraising positions at organizations such as Target Ovarian Cancer, CareFlight, and Alzheimers Australia.
