Briony McCreanor

Briony McCreanor is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in strategic and operational roles. Currently serving as Head of HR at Thames Water since October 2017 and previously holding positions such as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner, Briony has demonstrated leadership in managing complex employee relations and talent management initiatives. Prior experience at STI Limited included supporting multiple UK sites and an international location, while earlier tenure at Sainsbury's involved a multi-site HR managerial role with a strong focus on employee relations, training, and change management.
