Suhaib Akhtar

Suhaib Akhtar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Suhaib began their career at BMI Healthcare as a Theatre Porter in 2010. Suhaib then worked at the Accounting & Management Society as Secretary & Treasurer, where they managed various events and established a mentoring scheme for students. Suhaib later joined Ford Motor Company as a Finance Analyst, before moving on to Barclays Wealth Management as a Balance Sheet Business Partner and later as a Wealth Planning Manager. Suhaib then worked at BNP Paribas Securities Services as a Performance Management Reporting Manager. Suhaib's next role was at Barclays as a Business Manager. Suhaib then joined Virgin Media Business as a Finance Business Partner. Suhaib'snext position was at MVF, where they served as a Senior FP&A Business Partner and later as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager. Currently, Suhaib is working at Thames Water as the Head of Finance - Retail Operations, a role they started in 2023.

Suhaib Akhtar earned a Bsc (Hons) in Accounting with Management from the University of Westminster between 2010 and 2013.
