Adam Reid

Adam Reid possesses extensive experience in asset management and maintenance solutions, currently serving at Thanet District Council since June 2021. Prior to this role, Adam was with Orbit Group for 17 years, holding key positions such as Responsive Repairs Head of Service, where oversight included maintenance services for over 40,000 properties across England. Additionally, Adam worked as Contract Operations Manager, managing maintenance and improvements for approximately 17,000 properties in the South & East of England, and as Area Maintenance Manager for around 7,000 properties in the same regions. Earlier in the career, Adam was also a Planned Maintenance Manager, focusing on asset stock investment improvement in East Kent.
