Ron Roman

Ron Roman has a diverse work experience in various roles within the hospitality and retail industries. Ron started their career as an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Outback Steakhouse in 2001, where they worked until 2007. Ron then transitioned to Sunglass Hut, where they held the position of Manager from 2009 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Hampton as an Assistant General Manager / Sales Coordinator and stayed until 2018. Following this, Ron became the General Manager at Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Buffalo Wyoming from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2022, they served as a Hospitality Manager at Hampton Inn Denver-Northwest/Westminster. Currently, Ron is working as a General Manager at Tharaldson Hospitality Management starting from July 2022.
