Neale Phillips

Neale Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic advisory, business development, marketing, and product management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor at Thatcham Research since May 2011, Neale supports the Chief Executive and team in business strategy while leading global product development to help insurers improve claims management and underwriting performance.
