Frank Morneau

Frank Morneau has extensive work experience in the military and defense industry. Frank is currently serving as the Director of UXO and Special Operations at ThayerMahan Inc. Frank is also a member of the Board of Advisors for Navy Special Operations Foundation. Prior to their current roles, they were the Senior Mine Warfare Advisory Council at MINE WARFARE ASSOCIATION and a Senior Advisor at Strategos Consulting, LLC. Before entering the private sector, Frank served in the US Navy as a Rear Admiral, holding positions such as Commander of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command and Deputy Director of Expeditionary Warfare. Frank also served in leadership roles in Multi-National Force - Iraq/United States Forces - Iraq and the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization.

Frank Morneau attended the U.S. Naval Academy until 1983. Frank then went on to study at the National War College until 2006. In 2004 and 2005, they participated in a seminar at MIT called MIT seminar XXI. No specific degree or field of study is mentioned for any of the educational experiences.
