Sonia Antolec has a diverse range of work experience, starting in 2008 with a role as a Fundraising Consultant and Promotions at the JRG Foundation. From 2014 to 2016, they worked at the IL Department of Healthcare and Family Services as the Chief of Rules and Compliance and later as the Chief Administrative Law Judge and Bureau Chief of Administrative Hearings. In 2015, they served as the Chair of the Government and Public Interest Law Section at the Hispanic National Bar Association.
