Julie Pierce

Julie Pierce is an experienced executive coach and coach of coaches at The 4Sight Group, where since February 2021, the focus has been on empowering leaders through personalized coaching. Prior to this role, Julie served as the Director of Leadership Development at Valley Creek Church, conducting leadership workshops and creating resources for kingdom leaders. Previous roles include leadership coaching and consulting at Empowered by Pierce, team leadership at Irving Bible Church, and communications leadership at Prestonwood Baptist Church, Insight for Living, Nokia Mobile Phones, North Texas Commission, and the Bryan-College Station Chamber of Commerce. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Texas A&M University and a Certificate of Christian Leadership Coaching from Coach Approach Ministries.
