Amy Spruce

Amy Spruce is a seasoned business manager currently serving as the Business Manager for Roadside Services at The AA since April 2023. Previously, Amy held the position of Engagement Manager at Oliver Wyman from September 2017 to March 2023, specializing in strategy, operations, and project management within the transportation sector, notably aviation. In addition to engagement management, Amy was involved in the global Climate & Sustainability platform at Oliver Wyman and led the GROW initiative in Europe, promoting sustainability at the local level. Other professional experiences include a role as a Supervised Secondee at the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, focused on circular economy thought leadership, and several positions across various organizations such as Skiworld Ltd, HelloFresh, and McLaren Racing. Amy earned a Master’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2016.
