Jennifer Hampton

Jennifer Hampton is a seasoned Strategic Programme Manager currently at The AA since June 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing complex IT programmes. Previously, Jennifer served as a Project Manager at Avis Budget Group from July 2019 to March 2020, managing regional aspects of a key strategic programme, and held roles including Portfolio/Programme Manager and Information Technology Project Manager at Avis Budget Group EMEA from November 2013 to June 2018 and Micro Focus from November 2011 to November 2013, respectively. Jennifer's career began at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group, with roles ranging from Project Manager to Internal Communications Manager from July 2001 to April 2011, where project lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement were pivotal. Jennifer holds a BSc (Hons) in Politics and International Relations from the University of Southampton.
