Paul N. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Their most recent position is as Head of IT - Development, Architecture, and Support - Road at The AA, where they oversee multiple teams responsible for maintaining and enhancing mission-critical applications. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Refinitiv, leading various projects related to cloud architecture and engineering. Paul has also held roles at Nationwide Building Society, Jaguar Land Rover UK, HSBC Trade & Receivables Finance, Bibby Financial Services, Lloyds TSB Commercial Finance, and various other companies, where they managed programs and projects, implemented compliance initiatives, and led teams in IT development and operations. Paul has experience in areas such as cloud management, GDPR compliance, software development, and data migration.

Paul N. attended the University of the West of England from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Computer Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Paul obtained the Prince2 - Practitioner certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in July 2015. Paul also earned the APMP certification from the Association for Project Management in 2013, and the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in 2012.
