Victoria Marigold-Clark

Victoria (Tori) Marigold-Clark is a seasoned digital product owner with extensive experience in transformational program and project management. Currently serving as the Senior Digital Product Owner at The AA since September 2020, Tori oversees the development of a scalable portfolio of digital communication products. Prior to this role, Tori operated as the Director and Owner of Willd Ltd. and held various positions at Marks and Spencer, where responsibilities ranged from managing omnichannel customer service solutions to leading significant transformation programs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Music Technology from Leeds Beckett University, alongside foundational studies in Music Performance and Technology. Tori's career also includes early roles in customer service and management.
