Kirstin Williams

Kirstin Williams is currently the Manager, Talent Acquisition at The Health Management Academy. In this role, Kirstin is responsible for recruiting top talent using various channels and executing full cycle searches. Kirstin also oversees the DE&I committee, runs meetings, and creates KPIs. With a background in recruitment and HR roles at companies like Corner Alliance and 2U, Kirstin brings a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University.
