Kyla Rikkers

Kyla Rikkers is currently working as a Member Development Executive at The Health Management Academy since January 2023. Prior to this, Kyla held the position of Strategic Growth Manager at Compass from May 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Compass, Kyla worked at EAB from January 2016 to May 2021, holding various roles including Managing Director, Partner Development, Senior Director, Student Success, and Executive Advisor. Kyla also has experience working at The Advisory Board Company as a Director, Associate Director, and Marketing Associate from May 2010 to December 2015. Kyla started their professional career as a Market Analyst I at GTECH from October 2009 to April 2010. Kyla holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia.
