Sydney Lufsey

Sydney Lufsey is currently working as the Associate Director of Member Development at The Health Management Academy. Prior to this role, Sydney worked as a Senior Research Analyst at IMPAQ International, focusing on health research analysis. Sydney also has experience as a Health Analyst at the University of Maryland, where Sydney interned with the Department of Environmental Safety, Sustainability, and Risk. Sydney's previous roles include internships at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Energy, and Strategic Health Care, where Sydney worked on emergency management, employee retention initiatives, and health care policy, respectively. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health and Sustainability from the University of Maryland, with additional studies in International Health Systems.
