Lena Rice

Lena Rice has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lena is currently working at The Health Management Academy as a Senior Director of Strategic Partnership Alliance. Prior to this, Lena worked at the Tuck Social Venture Fund as a Director, where they were responsible for investment communications and alumni relations. Lena also has experience as an Investor Fellow at Amplifyher Ventures and as a Summer MBA Intern in Business Development at Thirty Madison. Lena has a background in consulting, having worked at Optum as a Senior Consultant and Consultant in Advisory Services. Lena also held various roles at The Advisory Board Company, including Project Consultant, Consulting Specialist in Revenue Cycle Solutions, and Marketing Coordinator. Additionally, Lena has experience as an Operations Intern at Penn Medicine and as a Camp Counselor & Co-Head of Crew at Camp Onaway.

Lena Rice's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Amherst College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in 2014. In 2012, they also participated in the Sweet Briar College Junior Year in France program. Lena then pursued further education at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where they completed a Summer Bridge Program in 2012. Recently, they enrolled in the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth again and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2023. Additionally, Lena obtained a certification in Introduction to Product Management from Cognitir in October 2021.
