Melissa Mekhail

Melissa Mekhail has a diverse work experience in different industries. Melissa is currently working as a Senior Analyst, Member Insights at The Health Management Academy since October 2021. Prior to that, they held positions at Healthsperien as a Director of Research and Innovation from February 2021 to September 2021, and as a Health Policy Analyst from June 2019 to February 2021.

Before their role at Healthsperien, Melissa worked at Deltek as a Lead Research Analyst from May 2017 to June 2019. In this role, they led a research team and conducted market analysis on emerging government IT projects for healthcare and human services. Melissa also monitored federal legislation and provided detailed analysis forecasting business needs.

Melissa's earlier experience includes an internship with Capital Area Food Bank as an Advocacy Research Intern from August 2016 to May 2017. Melissa also worked as a Legal Assistant at GEICO from September 2014 to November 2016.
