Gina Cook

Gina Cook currently serves as the Head of Sales Compensation at The Access Group since April 2024. Previously, Gina held the position of Sales Comp at Sage from September 2023 to April 2024, and before that, worked at Xactly Corp from August 2017 to November 2023, where roles included Transformation Manager, Solution Design Consultant, and Senior Consultant. Additional experience includes positions as a Sales Commission Analyst Advisor and Xactly Consultant at Zebra Technologies from September 2015 to August 2017, and as a Senior Sales Compensation Analyst at Stryker Sustainability Solutions from February 2011 to October 2015, focusing on designing sales compensation modeling and business analytics for various partners. Prior experience also includes serving as a Customer Integration Manager and Training Coordinator at STMicroelectronics from January 2002 to August 2011. Gina Cook holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University.
