Connor Simpson

Connor Simpson is currently serving as the Strategy and Impact Director (Secondment) at The Access Project since October 2023. Prior to this role, Connor worked as a Manager at Bain & Company, focusing on growth strategy, tech strategy, operations transformation, and insourcing/outsourcing. Connor also has experience as a Senior Associate at Willis Towers Watson, where he specialized in people and reward strategy/design, product strategy and go-to-market, inclusion & diversity, as well as communications & change management. Connor holds a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from the University of Oxford and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
