Alexis Nogelo Dekel

Alexis Nogelo Dekel has extensive experience in mathematics education. They began their career as a Mathematics Teacher at Redwood High School in 1998 and subsequently taught at Pittsfield High School from 2005 to 2010. During this time, they also served as a Mathematics Instructional Coach at BART Charter Public School from 2010 to 2017. Since 2017, Alexis has been working as the Managing Director of Math Assessment at Achievement Network (ANet).

Alexis Nogelo Dekel completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics at Brown University from 1992 to 1996. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Mathematics Education at the University of California, Berkeley from 1996 to 1998.
