Joanna Ward

Joanna Ward (MIRPM) is an experienced professional in estate management, currently serving as the Estate Services Manager at The Acorn Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Joanna worked as a Residential Building Manager at Vertus and held multiple positions at The Acorn Group, including Manager of the Block Management Department and Team Leader in the PRS and Corporate Block Management Division. Joanna began their career as a Sales Negotiator and later as a Sales Coordinator at Chestertons. Previous experience includes roles at Atalaya TNT and Project International, where Joanna contributed as Assistant to the Head of National and International Distribution and Director of the Excursions Programme, respectively. Joanna holds a BA in Hispanic Studies from the University of Birmingham and studied at the Universidad de Salamanca as part of the Erasmus program.
