Reda EL KHAYER has an extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. They began their career as a Sales Representative at MAAF Assurances in 2005 before moving on to become a Region Manager at LeasePlan in 2007. At LeasePlan, they successfully developed business from scratch in a competitive market, working with major clients and partners such as Mercedes, Ford, Audi, Renault, and BMW.

In 2008, Reda EL KHAYER joined Cartier as a Sales Associate before transitioning to Mandala in 2010, where they took on the role of Head of Marketing. At Mandala, they focused on managing user acquisition, retention, and monetization for high-quality games on social networks like Facebook.

In 2012, Reda EL KHAYER founded their own business called Little Wokyo, a new concept of Asian fast-casual food based on wok cooking. They served as the Founder and CEO until 2018.

Most recently, Reda EL KHAYER has been with ACRELEC since 2017. They initially joined as a Product Manager and then progressed to Head of Marketing. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Global Marketing, showcasing their growth and expertise in the field.

Reda EL KHAYER attended Albert Camus High-School in France in 2003. During this time, they pursued a degree known as BAC STT, which is the equivalent of A-Level in the UK. Reda focused on marketing and sales specialty and graduated with honors.
