Ula Mikus has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Ula currently serves as the VP of People, Operations and Culture - North America at Action Network since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Advisor at GROW MY TREE starting from January 2022. From November 2020 to December 2021, Ula held the position of VP People Experience & Interim Country Manager at Prezzee. Ula also worked at Tinybeans as the Head of People & Happiness from July 2017 to November 2020. Before joining Tinybeans, Ula worked at Inditex as a Human Resources Manager for ZARA from September 2015 to July 2017. Ula also gained experience as an Organizational Development Consultant at BMW USA from October 2014 to September 2015. Ula started their career at FedEx, where they held the positions of Head of HR & Organizational Development from June 2010 to July 2014 and HR Coordinator from May 2008 to July 2010.

In 2013 to 2014, they attended COTRUGLI Business School, where they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the Executive MBA Program, focusing on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In the same period, they also participated in the Innovative Women Program at the Innovation Institute Croatia as a scholarship recipient, furthering their knowledge in entrepreneurship.

In 2007 to 2008, Ula Mikus She/Ula'senrolled in the Selectio HR Academy, where they pursued a Human Resources Professional degree, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Continuing their education, they attended the University of Applied Sciences Velika Gorica from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Crisis Management.

Ula'seducation journey continued in 2019 to 2020 when they joined iPEC Coaching, where they earned a Comprehensive Certified Coach designation, focusing on Organizational Leadership.
