Diane Kent

Diane Kent has extensive experience in the recruitment industry, currently serving as Vice President of Large Client Solutions at Adecco since May 2002, where responsibilities include delivering large volume recruitment solutions and focusing on performance, strategy, and growth in key industry sectors. Prior roles at Adecco include UK Sector Director for Manufacturing and Distribution and Branch Manager, along with progressive responsibilities in the North East region. Before joining Adecco, Diane worked as a Recruitment Manager at NRG, overseeing temporary staffing services, and as an Account Consultant at ManpowerGroup, managing onsite account operations. Diane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Teesside University and attended Bishop Barrington for A levels in English Language and Literature. Additionally, Diane completed education at IMD in February 2019.
