Haley Damm

Haley Damm has extensive experience in workforce planning and operations, currently serving as the Head of Workforce Planning at Adecco since April 2015. Previous roles at Adecco include Vice President of Operations and Onsites, Regional Vice President, Director, Regional Operations Manager, Client Program Supervisor, and Recruiter. Before joining Adecco, Haley worked at Olsten Staffing Services as a Staffing Manager, where responsibilities included full cycle recruiting and candidate placement. Additionally, Haley held the position of Staffing and Training Manager at Darden Restaurants, focusing on staff development, training program analysis, and talent acquisition. Education includes attendance at the College of DuPage from 2011 to 2016 and The New School from 2005 to 2008.
