Joshua Smith

Joshua Smith currently serves as the Senior Vice President for the West Region and Adecco MSP at Adecco since May 2023. Prior to this role, Joshua was the Senior Vice President at Advantage xPO from January 2019 to April 2023, where the focus was on delivering customized, strategic recruiting solutions across various industries. Joshua's experience also includes serving as Vice President for Atterro Workforce Solutions from December 2013 to January 2019, emphasizing long-term workforce solutions and recruitment process outsourcing. Additionally, Joshua held multiple roles, including Vice President of the North Texas Region, Sales Director, Business Development Manager, and Operations Manager at Pro Staff, a division of Atterro Human Capital Group, from June 2004 to December 2013. Joshua Smith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from St. Cloud State University - Herberger Business School.
