Sophie Demont

Sophie Demont has extensive experience in finance and risk management, currently serving as Adjoint Directeur de Zone and Contrôleur financier operationnel at Adecco since June 2006, overseeing operational risk management and conducting internal audits. Previous roles at Adecco include Responsable risque opérationnel, managing operational risks for a network of 20 agencies, and Regional Credit Manager, where responsibilities included credit analysis and support for commercial decision-making across 80 agencies. Prior to Adecco, Sophie worked as a Consultant spécialiste at SECAFI from October 2001 to June 2006. Sophie holds a Master 2 degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology and a Master’s degree in the same field from Université Paris-Saclay, complemented by a DUT GEA option FC from IUT de Sceaux.
