Kirk Hathaway

Kirk Hathaway has extensive experience in HR leadership and talent acquisition. Kirk is currently the Director People & Culture for Advanced Group, where they provide HR leadership for multiple business units. Prior to this, they were the Sr Manager People & Culture for the same company. Before joining Advanced Group, Hathaway worked at LogicalisUS as an HR Manager and a Human Resources Business Partner & Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist. Kirk also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for LogicalisUS, where they were responsible for full life cycle talent acquisition. Hathaway's earlier roles include working as an H.R. - Recruiter - Training and Development at SNAAC, a Technical Recruiter at Smart IT Staffing, and a Branch Manager at Remedy Intelligent Staffing. Kirk started their career as an Operations Manager / Recruiter at The Skilled Trades Company.

Kirk Hathaway holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Development from Xavier University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they earned a B.B.A in Marketing/International Business from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, completing their studies between 1998 and 2003. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications, including Mental Health First Aid, PHR - Professional in Human Resources, Certified Predictive Index Analyst, and LinkedIn Certified Professional–Recruiter.
