Sean McLennan

Sean McLennan has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Sean currently holds the position of Interim CFO - Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) at the Advanced Group. Prior to this, they served as the Interim CFO, SVP Finance, and Corporate Controller at Molecular Templates. Sean also worked at Sunstar Americas, Inc. as the CFO/Vice President Finance & Administration, where they led various departments and doubled operating income over a three-year period. Sean was the Director R&D Finance US Site Head GMO/GDO at Takeda Pharmaceuticals and also held the role of Director Therapeutic Area (TA) Finance. Sean has experience at various divisions within Baxter International, serving as the Director Finance Global Planning & Analysis, Director Finance Europe, Middle East & Africa, Director Finance Planning and Reporting at the BioScience division, Director Business Planning and Analysis at the ACC division, and Director Business Development at the Renal Division. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and team management throughout their career.

Sean McLennan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Illinois State University. Sean also holds an M.B.A with a Finance Concentration, obtained with distinction, from DePaul University. In addition, Sean McLennan is a Certified Public Accountant, certified by the State of Illinois.
