Nicole Walters

Nicole Walters is an experienced professional in human resources and business operations with a strong background in supporting diverse employee populations. Currently serving as a People Partner Specialist at The Aerospace Corporation since May 2017, Nicole supports over 500 employees across two business units. Prior to this role, Nicole held multiple positions at Northern Virginia Community College, including People Partner Specialist III and II, and was an Office Manager responsible for class scheduling and HR liaison activities. Nicole’s experience also includes serving as a Special Projects Manager at Strayer University, where project management for the Registrar's Office was a key responsibility, and working as an Accreditation Coordinator at ACCET. Nicole holds an MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Temple University.
