Experienced marketing and brand expert Heather Hawkins joins The Agency as Head of Brand, responsible for leading the overarching brand vision for The Agency across its national network.
Heather is responsible for spearheading the relaunch of The Agency website and national brand alignment, as well as developing The Agency’s internal marketing team to service the growing number of Property Partners. Heather was most recently Head of Brand at real estate company UrbanX and brings with her close to 12 years’ experience in design and in building corporate and personal brands.
A talented and accomplished illustrator, artist and designer, Heather has run her own successful creative company Hawk Creative for over a decade. Her agency has been responsible for brand design and art direction for a range of high profile clients including Bollinger, Paspaley, Camilla, L’Occitane, Ole Lynggaard and Spotify. Heather is also a published illustrator of two children’s books. Her second children’s book, Penelope’s Playground, was written by PR maven Roxy Jacenko and published by Bauer Media.
In addition to working with a raft of coveted premium brands, Heather has extensive experience in crafting brand identities for clients as well as the nuanced role of personal branding in real estate. The combination of her creative talents with a marketing background has allowed Heather to carve a reputation for building brand identities and marketing communications that perform in the marketplace. She brings her experience to the real estate industry by working with numerous agents and thought leaders in the industry to develop engaging corporate and personal brand stories. Her expertise is unique in that it covers both the strategy and design elements behind branding, a strong combination.
