Benjamin Jay

Benjamin Jay has had a diverse work experience. Benjamin began their career in 2017 as a Resident Assistant, Welcome Center Greeter, Student Ambassador, and Teacher Assistant for SUNY New Paltz. In 2018, they worked as a Human Resources Intern for DREAM (formerly Harlem RBI). From 2019 to 2021, they held various roles at The College Board, including Assistant Director, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development Specialist, and Talent Acquisition Consultant. Most recently, they have been a People and Culture Generalist & Talent Acquisition Partner for Outbrain since 2021. In 2022, they will be a People Operations Specialist for aifleet.

Benjamin Jay attended SUNY New Paltz from 2016 to 2020, where they earned three Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Management, General, Business Statistics, and Psychology.
