Max Clary

Albert Schweitzer Fellow at The Albert Schweitzer Fellowship

Max Clary is a Doctor of Medicine student at Stanford University School of Medicine, with an extensive background in public health and operational management. Currently serving as an Albert Schweitzer Fellow, Max is focused on improving healthcare access for immigrants and refugees in the Bay Area. Additional roles include conducting research at the Stanford University Center for Innovation in Global Health and the Stanford Metabolic Health Center, where Max has contributed to neonatal health studies and data analysis. Prior experience encompasses quality improvement efforts in telehealth, operational leadership at Makan Foods Limited and Organic Route, and co-founding a nonprofit dedicated to rehabilitating former child soldiers in Uganda. Max holds a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Lewis & Clark College.
