Mandy Hawes

Mandy Hawes serves as The Aleut Corporation’s Chief Operating Officer. Joining the TAC team in 2022, she brings with her over 20 years of finance experience. Mandy earned her undergraduate degrees in marketing and management from Abilene Christian University and an MBA, with a finance concentration, from the University of Texas.

Mandy obtained her Series 7 brokerage license and worked at DLJ Direct, an online brokerage firm and later worked as a client financial manager for Accenture, a global consulting firm. In 2003, she joined Alyeska Resort. In her 19-year career with Alyeska Resort, she held the positions of Controller, VP of Finance, Owner Representative and Resort General Manager.

As a born and raised Alaskan, Mandy enjoys training for triathlons, trail running, skiing and outdoor recreation with her family. She and her husband Darren currently live in Girdwood and have three very active sons.
