VP of Client Experience at The Alias Group

Jill Oliveira has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Jill began their career as a Financial Analyst at Trammell Crow Company in 1999. Jill then transitioned to Tomra North America, Inc., where they held roles as a Senior Billing Analyst and later as an IT Project Manager.

In 2010, Jill joined The BlackIron Group as an IT Project Manager and Salesforce Implementation Consultant. Jill later became a Client Success Manager at the same company, a role they held until 2018.

In 2018, Jill worked as an Information Technology/Salesforce Consultant for an undisclosed company.

From 2019 to 2023, Jill was with PRIA Healthcare, where they held two roles. Firstly, they served as a Technology Solutions Architect, responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions. Later on, they became the Director of Platform Solutions, leading a team in developing and delivering patient access programs and other technology solutions.

Currently, Jill is working at The Alias Group as the VP of Client Experience, a position they assumed in 2023.

Jill Oliveira completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from Southern Connecticut State University from 1997 to 2001. Jill then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Southern Connecticut State University School of Business from 2023 to 2025. In addition to their degrees, Jill has acquired various certifications through Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, and salesforce.com Certified Administrator, obtained between 2010 and 2018.
