Courtney Kohler

Courtney Kohler has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Courtney is currently the Director of Business Operations and Development at The Alinea Group, a position they started in May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Workday where they held the role of Chief of Staff/Business Strategy and Operations, Cloud Platform from March 2020 to May 2021, and Sales Strategy & Value Consultant, Central Region from June 2018 to February 2020. Before joining Workday, they worked as an Assistant Brand Management Intern at Procter & Gamble for three months in 2017. Courtney also served as a Strategy and Operations Manager, Population Health at Oak Street Health from July 2014 to June 2016, and as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Consumer & Food sector at Lincoln International from July 2012 to June 2014.

Courtney Kohler has an MBA degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Managerial & Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Courtney also completed a study abroad program in Management at HEC Paris. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Finance & Accounting from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
