Daphne Akatugba is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer experience and brand marketing. As the Group Head of Customer Experience at The Alternative Bank since July 2020, Daphne has leveraged expertise in strategic marketing to enhance customer engagement. Previously, at Sterling Bank Plc from August 2014 to July 2020, responsibilities included serving as Marketing Manager for Specialized Products, where Daphne drove growth through innovative marketing strategies for various banking products, and held roles in public relations and external communications. Earlier experience includes a position as Communication Associate at Red Media Africa. Daphne holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Ghana and has furthered education in Growth Marketing.
