William Huggins

William Huggins has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. William started as the Director of Staff Action Group at Air Force International Affairs (SAF/IA) in 1998, where they led the establishment of the Air Force Foreign Area Officer program office and managed international affairs policy analysis. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the Air Force Chair and Faculty Member at the U.S. Marine Corps War College, directing the Marine Corps War College National Security and Joint Warfare Course.

In 2004, Huggins joined Toffler Associates as a Business Director, where they led teams in performing studies and analyses focused on future security environment analysis, strategic planning, and organizational design. William also played a key role in business development. William then worked as an Independent Strategy and Change Management Consultant from 2011 to 2012, supporting clients with strategy development, policy analysis, organizational design, and change management.

Huggins continued their consulting career at Booz Allen Hamilton from 2011 to 2012 as an Associate. In 2012, they joined Toffler Associates again, this time as a Senior Associate. William then transitioned to Lavenir Consulting LLC in 2013, where they served as a Manager, helping public and private sector leaders recognize and respond to future challenges through transformational strategy and organizational changes.

From 2013 to 2014, Huggins was a Member at THE SPECTRUM GROUP, contributing their expertise to various projects. In 2014, they joined The Ambit Group as Associate Vice President, supporting and guiding teams in diagnosing and improving processes within the Federal IT community.

Most recently, Huggins has been an Independent Consultant since 2017, leveraging their extensive experience to provide consulting services to clients.

William Huggins has an extensive education history. William obtained a Certificate in Business Leadership from The Wharton School in 2010. Prior to that, in 1989, they completed their MA in International Relations at Creighton University. From 1986 to 1988, they pursued studies in Political Science, International Relations, and Economics at Sciences Po Lyon - Institut d'Etudes Politiques, although no specific degree was mentioned. William Huggins also holds an MBA in Business, which they earned from the University of North Dakota between 1980 and 1982. Finally, their undergraduate education was completed at the University of Kentucky, where they obtained a BA in Political Science between 1971 and 1978.
