Amit Rawat

Amit Rawat currently serves as Sous Chef at The American Club Hong Kong since October 2022 and holds the same title at Shoreditch since January 2021. Prior to these roles, Amit Rawat worked as Chef De Partie at Shoreditch from January 2019 and as a chef at Hilton Garden Inn from November 2013 to October 2018. Early career experience includes a position as Commi Chef at The Connaught from June 2013 to October 2013 and as a job trainee at Ajit Bhawan Palace from August 2012 to February 2013.
