Terry Chu

Terry Chu is an experienced sommeller with a robust background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a sommelier at The American Club Hong Kong since October 2016, Terry previously held various leadership and server roles at Hyatt Regency from September 2009 to October 2016. Educational qualifications include a Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in 2014 and a Level 2 certification in 2013. Additionally, Terry earned a High Diploma in International Hospitality Management and a Diploma in Hotel Chinese Catering from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
